We needed 3 load bearing walls removed as well as fixing our previous contractor’s work as it did not pass code. Our house was not aligned and upstairs doors did not close. Because we had some experience hiring load bearing contractors, we could easily weed out the non-pros. When I asked Kam for a quote I knew I found a diamond in the rough. He knew right away that one wall sitting lower by ~1/4″. He knew that the doors may not close upstairs without even going upstairs. Rarely does one meet a master tradesman with the such precision and accuracy. For instance, the welding is clean and not dirty (messy), measurements are all exact and there was no cutting corner anytime. It was an absolute pleasure seeing the master at work. His price is reasonable considering the wide spectrum of quotes that I had received. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the work. It was far beyond our initial expectation (he was able support 2 beams with 1 post to have a clean modern look and found a solution to a related HVAC complication. All this is only possible because of the creativity coupled with his structural knowledge. For anyone doing structure work, I would highly recommend Kam and his crew.

We had Kam to take a look at a house before we bought it he identified the bearing and non bearing walls the minute he walked in i am a handy man myself and i was surprised how he can so easily identify load bearing walls without cutting into drywall, he was on time to do the job day after the deal closed and we took possession of the house , he delivered as he had promised we enjoyed watching him work, Kam and his crew are highly skilled we have seen some horror stories on TV with contractors so we were very cautious on choosing a contractor and we luckily got the right one for our project.

I called a wide variety of contractors to remove the load bearing wall and they all spoke about blueprints, engineering drawings, long waits for permits etc so i nearly gave up. Then i met with Kam and he said no problems, i will do the job tomorrow and it will take 2 days. whit that offer i was a little suspicious that the deal was too good to be true ….. but the completed work was true as promised and it was too good too, the beam was over building code to make sure there would be no issue with an inspection, i highly recommend Kam.
